Logrico Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Logrico and its current Vibe features, including public feed browsing, member accounts, friends feed sharing, posts, replies, invite links, notifications, and related pages at logrico.com. By using Logrico, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use Logrico on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. What Logrico provides

Logrico currently provides a social experience called Vibe. Users can browse a public feed, create an account, post short-lived vibes, choose public or friends-only visibility, receive replies, and invite other people to join. Features may be changed, limited, paused, tested, or removed at any time.

3. Accounts and Member IDs

• You are responsible for your account credentials and sign-in method.
• Your Member ID is part of your account identity inside Logrico.
• You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own unauthorized access or error.

4. Posting and visibility choices

• If you post to Everyone, your vibe may be shown broadly inside the public feed.
• If you post to Friends, your vibe is intended to be shown only to the relevant friend audience.
• You are responsible for the photos, captions, and replies you publish.
• You should post only content you have the right to share.

5. Reply privacy

Posters can choose public or private replies before posting. Public replies may be visible to other viewers in the relevant feed context. Private replies are intended to be visible only to the poster and the person who wrote that reply. You should choose the reply setting that matches your intended audience.

6. Short-lived content

Vibes are designed to expire after the selected time window. We aim to remove them from the live feed when they expire, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted timing, instant propagation, or permanent deletion from all systems at the exact same moment.

7. Friend features and invites

• You may search for other users where that feature is available and send friend requests.
• You may share invite links or public vibe links using supported sharing tools.
• You must not use Logrico to spam, scrape, stalk, harass, or mass-contact people.

8. Notifications

If you enable browser or device notifications, Logrico may send notifications about posts, replies, or other activity. Notification delivery depends on your browser, device, operating system, network, and provider settings. We do not guarantee real-time or uninterrupted delivery.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Logrico to:

• Break the law or violate another person’s rights.
• Upload unlawful, explicit, abusive, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others, create fake identities for fraud, or mislead users about the source of a post.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, performance, or reliability of Logrico.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or features you are not authorized to access.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping, or automated abuse against the service without written permission.

10. Content rights

You keep ownership of content you upload, but you give Logrico a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, display, cache, transmit, and moderate that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

11. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove, or disable content or accounts where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, impersonation, security risk, unlawful activity, or a violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of Logrico is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Service changes and availability

Logrico is an internet service. It may change, pause, break, slow down, or be unavailable at times. We may modify product features, UI, limits, regions, notification behavior, or visibility options at any time.

14. Third-party services

Logrico depends on third-party services such as Firebase, cloud hosting, browsers, device operating systems, and notification providers. We are not responsible for outages, limits, or changes caused by those providers.

15. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGRICO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGRICO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO LOGRICO WILL NOT EXCEED CAD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Logrico harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or another person’s rights.

18. Governing law

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies and cannot be waived.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
